We all Saw that our Grandparents and great-grandparents used to live 100 plus years but today’s generation may not be able to go through it. A busy and luxurious lifestyle make our life much more comfortable, most people have car and luxury house but still,

the young generation’s life expectancy is decreasing rapidly lower all around the World. Medical Science has discovered a lot of things about the human Diet and about nutrition and health-conscious people do follow the diet but still, the upcoming generation’s life expectancy is getting Lower.

In the human lifecycle, there are a lot of things that play an important role. We all know that Our body should be both mentally and physically fit for long life. Now Let’s Take a look at some of the factors.

1. Less Physical active:-

Sometimes I remember my school days when we use to go to school by bicycle or by walking, Kids but the young generation now a day don’t want to walk, even parents want to keep their child in their comfort zone. Less Physical Decreases our bone density and lets our muscle development slow. You may experience most Lazy people are overweight which makes them look old. After 40’s their bone density starts decreasing and as a result senility comes much earlier than expected.

Being less active does not just make us old but you may be at risk of diseases like High blood pressure, Diabetes, and Heart attack. Even in Cancer prevention, it is recommended to remain active.

2. Unhealthy lifestyle & Eating habits

The second reason why Life expectancy is lower in some countries is a lot of junk food and an unhealthy lifestyle. If you keep consuming Oily food, Caffeine, and excessive alcohol then it is obvious that it will make you sick. Late-night sleeping can put a bad impact on your kidneys. The young generation won’t Eat their daily Vitamins which makes them weak even at a Young age.

Fitness which we make at a young age makes us physically fit till Old age. So it advised Young people to consume Natural Nutrition sources such as Milk, nuts, fruits and veggies.

People living in cities don’t get enough oxygen which result in Disease like asthma, lung cancer, etc. Apart from air, water pollution is also a major cause of illness. Waste from Factories makes water polluted which directly makes Ground and river water toxic.

Very few people know that mental stress decreases our confidence and imbalanced our body hormone. Even if you have disorder like Overthinking then it may be possible that You can face Disease like Brain stroke, Diabetes or even heart attack.

Try to solve your office problem with ease, Those who always in stress due to their boss can face many serious health issue. My brother does became a Diabities Patient in young age due to mental stress. To maintain fitness it is important that you should be both mentally and Physically fit.

Healthy relationship bring positive vibes in our life. Daily arguments with partner isn’t a good sign for both mental and Physical health. many times i have seen that husband and wife keep arguments with each other which lead to divorce, In Today’s generation everyone has a choice of living. For better relationship it is must to maintain balance in family.

If both partner are faithful then your life will be much more amazing than expected. Health relationship Can be only possible if both partner are happy with each other. Going on trip on weekend always make memories which makes our life beautiful. Many times we have seen that when one partner die another one passed away within few years due to bad mental health.

All these small reason making our life short but we unable to relaize it. From personal reason to unhealthy lifestyle and Pollution all such things making our life too short. In Central asia people suffer from disease in young age which cause death in young age. I hope this article will works better.

Many of you know that sea salt is the most commonly used salt in our kitchen. It is a white crystalline form of salt which is consumed by people every day. Sea salt costs you very less in pennies but according to the latest research, it is not that good for you.

The process of making sea salt is very long. Cities and towns which are nearby Ocean produce Salt. In three different phases, seawater is used to dry, and after a few weeks when all the water Vapour rise Salt comes out of it.
