Sometimes I remember my school days when we use to go to school by bicycle or by walking, Kids but the young generation now a day don’t want to walk, even parents want to keep their child in their comfort zone. After 40’s their bone density starts decreasing and as a result senility comes much earlier than expected.

2. Unhealthy lifestyle & Eating habits

The second reason why Life expectancy is lower in some countries is a lot of junk food and an unhealthy lifestyle. If you keep consuming Oily food, Caffeine, and excessive alcohol then it is obvious that it will make you sick. Late-night sleeping can put a bad impact on your kidneys. The young generation won’t Eat their daily Vitamins which makes them weak even at a Young age.

If both partner are faithful then your life will be much more amazing than expected. Health relationship Can be only possible if both partner are happy with each other. Going on trip on weekend always make memories which makes our life beautiful. Many times we have seen that when one partner die another one passed away within few years due to bad mental health.
All these small reason making our life short but we unable to relaize it. From personal reason to unhealthy lifestyle and Pollution all such things making our life too short.
