Many of you know that sea salt is the most commonly used salt in our kitchen. It is a white crystalline form of salt which is consumed by people every day. Sea salt costs you very less in pennies but according to the latest research, it is not that good for you.
How sea salt made
The process of making sea salt is very long. Cities and towns which are nearby Ocean produce Salt. In three different phases, seawater is used to dry, and after a few weeks when all the water Vapour rise Salt comes out of it. After removing all the dust and a few impurities, Salt becomes ready to pack in bags.
Why Sea Salt is Harmful

Various ayurvedic studies show that Sea Salt is not good to consume as all the Pharmaceutical waste and industrial waste disposed of in the ocean and later Salt made from this water. Day by day Sea water getting toxic. Every year Millions of tone plastic are disposed of in the oceans. Biochemical waste and automobile waste are all disposed of in the ocean and Salt which comes from this seawater is also toxic.
